There are few methods to take a screenshot on your computer or laptop. It has a built-in option on your laptop to take a screenshot of what you want to capture. But there are third party programs that offer more ease of use and features rather than built-in.
In this article, I’m going to show you a few different ways to take a screenshot on a laptop by pressing a single keyboard button.

Method-1: Using Print Screen (PrtScr) Key
In this method, you can capture your windows screen in a second by pressing the single key that is ‘PrtScr’.
For that method, you need to download PrtScr software which is available on the internet free of cost.
How to use this tool?
Step-1: Download the software from this link.
Step-2: Install on your system.
Step-3: After completion of installation process, close the install box.
Step-4: Now you can press the ‘PrtScr’ key which is showing on your keyboard and save into your required folder.
Method-2: Using Snipping Tool
This Snipping Tool has been a part of any Windows Computer, Laptop for a long time. This tool can capture or take screenshots of your screen so easily by pressing a single click. There are few more options rather than method 1.
In this method, you can screenshot the new window, free form snip, rectangular snip, window snip, entire window, selected area, etc and you can delay capturing, highlight selected area, painting, and edit as well.
How to use this tool?
Step-1: Go to Start Button and search Snipping Tool.
Step-2: Click the Snipping Tool.
Step-3: Take a screenshot of your required screen by choosing available option.

Method-3: Using Game Bar in Windows 10
Most of the gamers are using this method. In windows 10, DVR capabilities to record gameplay footage and capture of your screen.
In this method, you can’t choose your specific area of capturing because this tool can take a screenshot of your whole screen.

Step-1: Go to the start button and search Xbox Game Bar
Step-2: Click on Xbox Game Bar
Step-3: After the Xbox Game Bar is open, find the camera icon on the top left bar
Step-4: Click on camera icon
Shortcut way-1: Press Win+G on your keyboard and click on the camera icon
Shortcut way-2: Press Win+Alt+PrtScn key to capture the entire screen
